State Policy with Respect to Civil Commitment: We are attempting to find any and all state policies which are being used that relate to civil detainees and/or the state's civil commitment center/s. Documents of Department of Mental Health, Coalinga State Hospital This is quite an extensive list of internal policies and administrative rules. Some of which are "Patient Restricted," rather interesting given those are the ones CC folks seem to be complaining about in CHS News.
